Mental health affects all aspects of a person’s life be it academic or work performance, relationships with friends & family or engagement with the community.

Moreso, youth go through various physical and emotional changes at a tender age without being equipped with body-mind-management tools. They experience multiple issues such as negative thoughts, overthinking, performance stress, comparisons, fear of judgement, inferiority complex, difficulty in expression etc. which cloud their life forming a vicious circle hard to break through. Research says 75% of mental health conditions develop by the age of 24.

Story Behind

It so happened that our founder director was faced with such challenges at the age of 24 and for over 25 years of her life she battled these issues testing and trying multiple clinical, non-clinical and therapeutic coping strategies to recover.

Athhaa, is an attempt to put this collective knowledge to bear for greater good of the society. Its not just a calling, it’s a dedication to all her gurus, mentors, family members and friends who held her on the path to self-empowerment.

She slowly formed a dedicated team of health, mind experts and tech enthusiasts with a shared vision of making holistic health care more accessible and effective for youth.

She is passionate about helping youth reach their peak potential by enhancing their physical-mental health, emotional resilience and self-awareness. Hunar Mehra

Mind Mentor | Wellness Coach

Hunar Mehra is a practicing Chartered Accountant by Profession but by passion he is an Art of Living Teacher since 2010. He travels across India and conducts life altering workshops & courses for children, teens, adults focusing on, personality development, stress reduction and life skills.Till date he has transformed the lives of more than 5000 students.

His profound inclination to contribute to the society urged him to counsel & coach the people who need it the most. A lot of teenagers and adults have reaped benefits of the impeccable life skills coach and mentor that he is.

Shikha is a neuro physiotherapist and case manager with 20 years of experience working in the field of mental health and neurorehabilitation. She has worked in hospitals in the U.K. with various specialities including brain injury rehabilitation units, neuro-disability and musculoskeletal injuries. She has worked within interdisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, Neuropsychologists, speech and language therapists and medical staff. Her work experience has predominantly been in providing physical rehabilitation to clients suffering from neurological difficulties, trauma, poor mental health and complex psychological disorders.
